About Us

Emanating from a family farming background WH Bond & Sons was established in 1957 and through several generations we are still a family run business albeit on a much larger and diverse scale.

Whilst still retaining 1,500 acres of farmland mainly growing niche cereal crops, the company comprises various departments ranging from agriculture and landscaping through site clearance and green waste recycling to plant and machinery hire, an active sawmill and construction/development. Each department operates in their specialist area and has a wealth of relevant knowledge/experience but the flexibility, reliability and renowned customer service of the traditional "parent" organisation provides the company backbone.

Using the services of over 100 direct and indirect personnel, we operate on a national basis in both the commercial and domestic arenas. "Value add" is paramount in our services and quality second-to-none with the latest technological machinery being used/hired and close attention being paid to training, qualifications and adherence to health and safety/quality standards. For example, operatives are NPTC, CITB and CSCS trained according to speciality, environmental management procedures are in place and the company has achieved the Investors in People award as well as Construction Line status and have also been deemed as CHAS compliant.
